- Online communication occurs between beneficiaries and their individual sponsors.
- Remote field workers moderate communication to protect both parties.
- Updates occur "in the field" on tablet PCs, and are sent back to the server once an internet connection is reestablished.
- Photos and videos can be uploaded.
