Access to information can be either to everyone or to a particular subset of contacts such as only clients, or only people that have registered with your site.

If people are required to register with your site before accessing certain information, you can then target them for follow-up emails or phone calls. If you have the optional Surveys & Polls module, you can also send them surveys to follow up how useful they found the information and how well the resource worked for them. This can help you better support their individual needs, as well as providing collated figures to help you track results, improve your service, and provide accountability.
