What is the Supporter's Portal?

The Supporters Portal is your external contact's custom gateway into your nonprofit - a special area just for them.

As soon as an external contact signs up to your site, they can be given access to this restricted area.

While we've called it the "Supporter's Portal", it can be used for any contact type including donors, volunteers, and clients.

With the custom access groups within Nonprofit Online, different contacts can be given access to different functionality within the Supporter's Portal.

What can they do in the Portal?

As part of our consultation process, we'll work out what functionality you need in your Supporter's Portal, and customise it for you.

Basic functionality includes:

  • Resetting their password.
